You can create your customer files during checkout, offer your customers to join your restaurant’s loyalty programme and enter the key information. Customer files are made up of two types of information: information provided by the customer and information relating to the relationship between the restaurant and the customer. The data in the customer file of your cash register software is updated in real time.

To better qualify your customer database, you can collect information throughout the relationship with your customers. At each checkout, don’t hesitate to ask for additional information by offering to earn bonus loyalty points, for example. The more qualified your customer base is, the more targeted your future communications can be.

Your LM Hospitality cash register software natively integrates a simple loyalty module which allows you to manage a simplified loyalty program. From your back office you can create your loyalty program by programming your calculation and acquisition rule of the points. The points accumulated will then be spent on their subsequent purchases according to the rules you have defined.

The advanced loyalty module of LM Hospitality is an optional module that allows restaurant owners to set up a personalized loyalty program. Your customers can benefit from a permanent discount on all or part of the card or be offered a cake on their birthday. You can also offer several loyalty programmes for different types of customer (standard or VIP, individual or professional, etc.).

Different communication channels exist to keep in touch with your customers.

Transactional emails

From 1 January 2023, the law will change and ban the systematic printing of sales receipts after a purchase. These will then only be printed on the express request of customers. However, it is still compulsory to provide a receipt to your customers. LM Hospitality accompanies you in this evolution and allows you to print or send by email the receipt. This functionality is natively integrated in the software.

Transactional SMS

The transactional SMS module allows you to automatically send key information such as: booking reminders, order confirmations, information on the progress of an order, etc. This optional module allows you to provide real added value in terms of customer relations.

Marketing emails

The email marketing module allows you to send a newsletter, announce discounts or inform about a promotional offer, address all or part of your customers via the CRM solution integrated to LM Hospitality. This module is optional.

SMS marketing

SMS is the best way to communicate because it is open to more than 90%. Fast and concise, keep in touch with your customers for sure. This optional module will be perfect to quickly transmit information about a current marketing offer.

LM Hospitality natively integrates a simple promotions module, it allows you to generate discounts in euro or percentage on all or part of your card during a predefined period. You can thus assign a different discount to each category or sub-category.

Marketing animation program

The offer engine module or marketing animation programme (optional) allows you to implement customized marketing animations.
